  JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary of Position: Lead the Personnel Records Management Team in the various processes of collecting, updating and retaining of personnel records and files, being involved in the developing and adjusting policies and procedures within the ministry, communicating personnel information to authorized persons within and outside Campus Crusade for Christ, and traveling to, providing leadership for and direction through various training opportunities.

Required Qualifications: AA degree plus minimum of 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Also, a working knowledge of Campus Crusade’s procedures, policies, culture and organizational structure is essential to this position. Additional skills essential for the position include supervisory skills, administrative skills and attention to detail, a working knowledge of PeopleSoft, basic research methods, ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, establish and maintain cooperative working relationship with others, and the ability to travel.
